The results of this study can provide a model of a continuous stirred tank heater temperature control system with a water room temperature range up to 45✬ using the parameters PI Kp = 83.2 Ti = 0.03, Td = 0. The results of the temperature sensor readings are entered into the data acquisition device (NI ELVIS II) as a data processing process which is then processed using LabVIEW and displayed on the GUI. The sensor used in the stirred tank heater consists of two LM35DZ temperature sensors. Input value parameters and system responses are displayed on a GUI (Graphical User Interface) connected to a computer (PC or Laptop) so that they can be monitored in real-time. This paper proposes a temperature control system on a continuous stirred tank heater prototype using a PID controller.
